As we come to the close of another week, take a moment to pause and simply breathe.
Before we go any further, I’d like to share a small update. Going forward, Reflections will now be shared on Fridays instead of Thursdays, creating a gentle sense of symmetry and a more natural space to close out the week together.
Fridays are a time to gently reflect—on what you’ve experienced, what you’ve learned, and how you’ve cared for yourself along the way. Not everything has to be perfect or complete. What matters is that you showed up in whatever way you could.
Take a moment to check in with your energy. What are you ready to release from this week? What would you like to carry forward?
As you move into the weekend, give yourself permission to rest, to recharge, and to simply be.
