Welcome to Inner Sight Reiki & Meditation

Thank you for visiting my new online space. My name is Tammy Robbins, and I am honored to share my Reiki and meditation practice with you. This blog will be a place for gentle reflections, energy insights, guided breathing moments, and reminders to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

As we move through this beautiful holiday season, with Thanksgiving behind us and the glow of the full moon illuminating Thursday, December 4, it’s a wonderful time to pause, breathe, and reflect. Yule and Christmas are just around the corner, bringing light, warmth, and celebration into our lives. This is a perfect moment to honor yourself, your loved ones, and the quiet power of the season—whether through meditation, Reiki, or simply noticing the beauty of the world around you.

During this busy time, I’m especially grateful for my family and my dogs, who bring laughter, comfort, and grounding to each day. Their presence reminds me to slow down, notice the small joys, and stay connected to what truly matters.

For a little glimpse into my daily routine: I always start my mornings with a hot cup of coffee, and then, without fail, I enjoy a refreshing iced coffee. It’s a small ritual that brings a little joy, clarity, and grounding to my day—and now you know one of my favorite little pleasures too!

Full Moon & Yule Reflection

This full moon is a wonderful time to set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and welcome new light into your life. As Yule approaches, consider creating a simple ritual to honor the returning light: a short meditation, lighting a candle, journaling your intentions, or simply pausing to notice gratitude in your day.

Take a few moments for yourself, breathe deeply, and allow this season to bring warmth, joy, and peace into your heart.
